E-Church Family,

Thank you for your faithful support. What a wonderful reminder we had yesterday of the story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you were able to attend the service online you were reminded of the empty tomb that declares our savior lives. Let us continue to fellowship with Jesus Christ in the power of his resurrection and allow his spirit to lead our lives in a meaning and powerful way. We now walk in a newness of life. I wanted to spend a couple moments to encourage you in the faith, that Jesus Christ died on the cross to give us an abundant life.

It was Jesus who said in John 10:10, “I’ve come that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” He came for you. It is not about routine, nor religion, but, about the relationship he wanted to establish with you. As our Bishop said on Sunday, “I believe somebody has said enough is enough. I refused to live down there when I can live up there.” How dare anyone come into your mind and steal your joy. It is time to take back what rightfully belongs to you. How dare anyone break into your house of thoughts and imagination to make you uncomfortable. It is time to say enough is enough, give me my joy back, give me my life back, and give me my name back. Take your faith and roll that stone back! If you do the rolling, God will do the raising.

I’d like to share one final thought with you. It was the prophet Jeremiah who said in Jeremiah 20:9, “His word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones.” It does not matter where you are in life. Whether you are doing right or wrong. God is not limited to where He can show up and deliver you out of your situation. As the angel said to the women in Matthew 28:5-6, “Fear not, For he is risen!” You are coming out of everything that had you tied up! Just as Jesus did when he called Lazarus out of the tomb in John 11:43. Jesus is saying, “Come forth.” I don’t know what is standing in between your purpose and destiny but, the word of the Lord says in Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me.”

Let me say a quick word of prayer over you. Thank you father God for sending your own son in a body like ours to end sins control over us, by giving your son as a sacrifice for our sins. We thank you that now Jesus is the one who mediates a new covenant between you and your people, so that all who are called can receive the eternal inheritance you have promised them. We have a savior who understands our weaknesses, because he has faced all of the same testing’s we do. We have been buried with Christ when we were baptized. With him we have been raised to new life because we trust in the mighty power of your name God, who raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Please strengthen us with all your glorious power so we will have all the endurance and patience we need. In the mighty and victorious name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
Always thinking about you Echurch family and praying for you constantly.

Have a blessed week,
Pastor Onterio Green
