Responsibilities:
The Senior Supervising Producer produces video and supporting content that is based on the church’s mission statement of encouraging people to change their lives with hope, comfort & peace. Must be skilled as a writer, editor and producer, and has an extensive background in broadcast television. The candidate must enjoy visual storytelling, have a passion for helping people, and be equally at ease working on their own as well as with a cross-functional team.
Produce multiple versions of videos for broadcast, social media and more, following our brand and clearly communicating the WHY behind each story.
Conduct original research through internal or external resources, stakeholders, or subject matter experts to find appropriate subjects and topics to profile or promote
Organize and manage shoots in the field
Manage on-camera talent or nonprofessional subjects
Conduct in-person, off-camera or phone interviews
Write and edit scripts
Brainstorm new video content for broadcast and social media
Guide videographers, video editors, designers, or other third-party vendors to produce content
Collaborate with team members and other business units
Ensure content objectives are met on time and under budget
(YouTube 5 to 7 minutes | Facebook 2 to 3 minutes | Instagram 1 minute) Additional duties as needed and as delegated.

Experience working with a content collaboration system
Excellent understanding of all aspects of video production and post-production Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
One Hour Lunch
Some weekends and travel required
Must check company issued cell phone/email on a consistent basis
