RESPONSIBILITIES • Ownership and development of brand • Create and maintain brand style guide. Keep the brand current to appeal to target demographic. • Develop website to incorporate new branding and consistency throughout. Goals of website includes consistent branding and language and functionality. Produce video and graphic elements • Support the development of creative design and production elements for weekly services and special events. • Work with the Production Manager to create an excellent video broadcast experience. • Create and produce graphics and videos for weekend services, social media, promotions, and other events. • Create graphics for signs, print materials, and announcements. Manage Volunteer Teams • Provide needed training to develop the Video Team and volunteers as artists who can effectively create excellent video production quality. • Work with Social Media Director to provide content/images. • Provide resources and pre-production strategies needed for video shoots (cameras, lighting, lenses, audio equipment, etc) • Responsible for process to recruit, train, and schedule creative team volunteers. • Provide strong leadership and creative and technical oversight for volunteers. • Recruit volunteers (there are also church-wide initiatives to recruit volunteers). Manage Equipment • Oversee the maintenance, and operation of all equipment utilized by the Production Department. • Develop detailed knowledge of operation and integration of all equipment. • Assess current and future technology needs and create acquisition strategies. • Put measures in place to ensure that equipment and supplies are secured against damage, loss, or theft. • Establish and maintain an inventory of equipment across all production areas.
