Job Duties
Program Director T.O.R.I
The Program Director will plan, implement, direct, and supervise activities of all T.O.R.I. The Program Manager ensures that goals or objectives of each program is accomplished within a prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
- Establish work plans, staffing for each phase of program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment or program personnel
- Forecast staffing needs and develop an action plan to prevent shortage of staffing across programs
- Direct and coordinate activities of program personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Establish consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability
- Work with Program Managers to identify gaps in internal and external training programs and come up with strategies to address
- Prepare and submits required reports to Executive Director
- Review budgets and finances monthly to ensure programs are on track or adjustments are made
- Work closely with program personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
- Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
- Conduct presentation within the community about T.O.R.I
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a social service or related field with Licensure from the Texas State Board of Social Work
- 2 to 5 years supervisor experience working with at risk or high-risk populations
- Must have a valid driver license
- Ability to travel between Dallas and Ft. Worth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good knowledge base of Dallas and Ft. Worth community resources
- Demonstrate interest in the mission, vision and values of T.O.R.I
- Experience with developing Budgets, tracking budget expenses
- Experience in staffing, coaching, supervision, self-development and performance management
- Experience with program management, process improvement, Planning and inventory control
- Experience in preparing and completing action plans;
- Ability to build relationships with community partners
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people via presentation, verbal and written
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (Must be able to travel between Dallas and Ft. Worth)
