Sales & Inventory Operations Specialist
The primary function of the Sales & Inventory Operations Specialist position is to support the Executive Sales Director by facilitating projects including implementation, execution, and problem solving. The Sales & Inventory Operations Specialist will also make improvements to core processes ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have an entrepreneurial spirit with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Sales & Inventory Operations Specialist should be an independent, go getter and self-starter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Sales Operations.
Requirements Education and Experience
High School Diploma
BA/BS in business or other related field, preferred
2-5+ years customer service and/or administrative experience. Prior industry experience a plus. Proficiency in software applications, like Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Adobe productions and POS Systems a plus. Ability to prioritize workflow to handle a diversity of tasks at once and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Express self clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form. Excellent problem solving, organizational, administrative, and critical thinking skills. Expresses passion for both product and individuals projects with high level engagement in client-facing tasks.
