Job Duties

The Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator will facilitate all administrative duties: scheduling, filing, daily correspondence with internal and external departments, event planning, dictation, project oversight and management. Duties also include coordinating volunteer and guest relations in accordance to directives given by Executive Director or Pastor of Worship.
