Partnership Development Specialist
The Partnership Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating the fulfillment and execution of corporate partnerships for The Potter’s House and T.D. Jakes Ministries. The Partnership Development Specialist works closely with the Chief Partnership & Engagement Officer, corporate partners, donors and internal departments to assist with proper execution of corporate sponsorship.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Support the Partnership & Business Development team in developing sponsorship prospects and fundraising initiatives, maintaining corporate donor relationships and securing new corporate donors.
- Support the organization’s initiatives through actively seeking partners and donors.
- Coordinate fulfillment of partnership deliverables and activations for programs, events, and conferences.
- Maintain ongoing and regular contact with all corporate partners as directed by the Chief Partnership & Engagement Officer.
- Develop and maintain a prospect list for new partnership and business development opportunities through lead generation and weekly reporting.
- Assist with partnership development including prospecting and lead development.
- Coordinate fulfillment of digital/traditional marketing deliverables including managing the delivering of assets from the internal departments. Work directly with outside vendors and internal departments to ensure proper execution.
- Track partnership and business development objectives, financial processing, and activation efforts to ensure relationship is meeting partnership objectives and ROI.
- Assist in development of partnership and business development collateral material.
- Assist in strategic and tactical operational plans to ensure achievement of organization and departmental goals.
- Administer Partnership and Business Development policies with partners and across all internal departments.
- Managing corporate relationships with external organizations, partners and service providers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge with presentation development and presentation software.
- Knowledge with fund development research and prospecting.
- Previous nonprofit and/or corporate foundation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including creative approaches to external grant and funding proposals.
- Ability to present verbal, written, and interpersonal communications effectively.
- Ability to develop and maintain enterprise relations
- Ability to prioritize work, multitask, set priorities, create schedules and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and donor’s expectation management.
- Demonstrable proposal writing and budgeting competencies with evidence of successful awards.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Must be able to travel 10%
