Job Duties
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist with a focus on video production to join the Digital Marketing team at our esteemed faith-based organization. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director and the Digital Marketing team to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and finish short form video content for social and digital channels.
- Capture ENG-style video footage, as well as supplementary still photography, including event coverage, interviews, behind-the-scenes, promotional, and social content.
- Edit, package, and finish video deliverables across several creative formats, including social content, breakout clips, sizzle reels, event recaps, and more.
- Execute media management and assistant video editor tasks, including ingest, transcode, transfer, metadata management, quality control, and asset delivery.
- Assist with all video production logistics, coordination, and maintenance, including load in/load out, setup and breakdown, and gear maintenance and organization.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging video trends, techniques, and workflows
- Manage tasks and video projects independently when necessary, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and project management best practices are met in a high-volume environment.
- Work closely with our department’s Copy, Strategy, and Design team members, integrating project information flows and assets from multiple source.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of professional video production experience.
- A reel showcasing video shooting and editing experience.
- Must have availability on Sundays, as well as on-call availability as needed outside normal work hours for special events and related deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the ability to execute quick turnaround video edits.
- Ability to manage and complete assigned tasks, find solutions, and meet hard deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to diligently manage project communications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of video production workflows, including camera operation, video editing, basic motion graphics, video media management, and creative development.
- A technical understanding of industry-standard digital video and audio formats, codecs, and specifications.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.
