We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Digital Marketing team at our esteemed faith-based organization. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Service a variety of brands, sub-brands, stakeholders, and internal clients, executing designs for a wide variety of formats, styles, content types, and audiences.

Develop and execute designs and campaigns for digital, social, paid media, print, and multimedia platforms
Work with the Digital Marketing team to turn strategy and content directives into on-trend, on-brand design creative that tells our story and connects with our communities
Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Maintain awareness of and the ability to integrate emerging design trends, techniques, and workflows
Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and project management best practices are met in a high-volume environment
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and creative work environment amongst the creative team
Work closely with our department’s Copy, Strategy, Multimedia, and Motion Design team members, integrating information flows from each into project deliverables
Incorporate creative direction from internal clients, vendors, and project stakeholders, including revisions and feedback
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a high-profile organization or agency setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums
Demonstrated expertise in design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
A technical foundation in the media production processes, including creative development, collaborative design, media management, quality control, workflow automation, delivery specifications, and platform optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to diligently manage project communications
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing priorities
