The Project Manager (PM) will work to assist Digital and Marketing Executives with the coordination of resources, employee documentation, equipment and technology, meetings, and information, while organizing projects with the goal of completing the deliverables on time and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Analyzing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules
Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports
Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project
Conduct research on market trends and how to use social media for advertising
Establish good relationships with clients and other professionals
Manage and improve all social media accounts
Aligning digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
Keeping abreast of all developments in digital marketing
Use content management systems and project management software
Use SEO best practices and Google Analytics
Traffic projects between all necessary client and/or Quad service departments to seek proper approvals and see through to execution
Develop and manage multiple, simultaneous project timelines and tasks list
Keep Manager, Client, and Team aware of project status on a weekly basis
Actively participate in internal and client meetings as directed by the Client and/or Manager Client Services by bringing fresh ideas, thoughts, comments, etc.
Bachelor’s degree Project management, digital marketing or similar
At least 3 years of agency or brand experience in project management
Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and project management software
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to identify risks and problems.
Ability to network and build relationships
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to clients’ needs and issues
Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
Knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing
Knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices
Knowledge of both Mac and PC
