Job Duties
JOB SUMMARY:
Will handle all administrative details for the Food and Beverage Department and Executive Chef.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all Food and Beverage department meeting minutes
- Are responsible for all of the above but not limited to all administrative details for the Food and Beverage department and the Executive Chef.
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Ensuring deadlines are met/manage workflow
- Maintaining office/kitchen supplies
- Are responsible for all of the above but not limited to all administrative details for the Food and Beverage department and the Executive Chef.
DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers both written and verbally.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):
- Knowledge and experience working with/for non-profits organizations
