Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist
The digital campaign strategist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. As a liaison within the department, this candidate should have a strong knowledge in digital marketing that includes an ability to distribute content through all our digital channels including, but not limited to: social, email, SMS text messaging, and web.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Work to provide analytics and a complete understanding of the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Develop email marketing strategies with the goal of increasing engagement and open rates
- Develop and update email reporting that tracks KPIs and business metrics on a regular
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to create problem-solving digital ad campaigns month over month while creating integrated and cost effect digital marketing efforts
- Work with content producers and graphic designers to create collaterals
- Maintain a working knowledge of Social Media trends, applications and best practices
- Engage with online community on a day-to-day basis on Facebook pages, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and respond to comments, requests and direct messages on behalf of the local, national and global brands
- Stay up to date on ‘Partner’s in Christ’ digital marketing efforts and industry news/trends
- Monitor online conversations for brand issues & major cultural happening/crises and escalate through proper channel
- Track, analyze and report campaign performance and make recommendations for strategy optimization based on data analysis
- Administer digital marketing tool, building emails, creating email marketing content, generating templates/layouts and SMS promotions
- Assist with finding creative solutions to garner engagement on social media platforms
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to stay up to date on products, services and features, and promotions
- Curate, develop, schedule and manage content for use across Social Media platforms that support corporate goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GetResponse
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Instagram Insights and more
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Strategist
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to be Energetic, proactive, positive, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment
- Ability to be a team player even when viewpoints are different
- Ability to remain teachable
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in work place
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and general email deign
- Knowledge of Faith-based organization operation is a plus

Schedule:
