To expand the Mentoring model to ages from 6-18

Institute field trips and college tours to increase academia

Train and develop trade skills for future endeavors or internships

Foster an atmosphere of creativity and excitement in reaching goals outside of church

Create three programs based upon ages 6-9, 10-13 & 14-17
