Pastor Michael Exum joined The Potter’s House as the executive director of The Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance (PHIPA). This entity of The Potter’s House mentors and strengthens senior pastors around the world through God-centered direction. Pastor Exum has been involved in ministry for more than 30 years and he was ordained as an apostle in 1987. Pastor Exum founded two successful churches in his native home of Cleveland, Ohio, and has been overseer for as many as 30 churches. Pastor Exum was a long time radio pastor and voice in the Cleveland faith community. He was most visible in the Cleveland community as chairman of the board of the National Restoration Movement, U.S.A., Inc. which brought the “28 Days of Peace Program” to Cleveland, resulting in more than 15,000 people receiving amnesty for outstanding nonviolent misdemeanor warrants. He has taught at Hosanna Bible Training Center and Vision Bible College. Continuing in service, Pastor Exum serves as board chair for two nonprofit organizations, Community Resource, Inc. and the National Restoration Movement, U.S.A., Inc. located in Cleveland, Ohio. Pastor Exum earned his bachelor’s degree in theology from Vision Bible College in Cleveland, Ohio. Pastor Exum and his wife, Valerie, are the proud parents of six children who all serve the Lord with gladness.
