Pastor Kevin D. Caldwell is the youth pastor at The Potter’s House of Dallas.  Since 2002, Pastor Caldwell has served in various capacities within the Fire House youth ministry at The Potter’s House.  Pastor Caldwell preached his first Sunday morning service in the main sanctuary of The Potter’s House in July 2005. On October 30, 2005, Pastor Caldwell was ordained as youth pastor, making him the youngest pastor in the history of The Potter’s House at age 26.

Pastor Caldwell received Christ as his personal Savior during his teenage years. His faith in Almighty God allowed him to overcome many life-threatening challenges including severe poverty and abuse. Pastor Caldwell accepted his call to preach at the age of 16 and thrust himself into the work of the ministry in whatever capacity he could find. By the age of 20, Pastor Caldwell realized his God-given gift to effectively communicate the Word of God through writing and speaking. He has used these gifts to empower young people.

Pastor Caldwell escaped the trappings of a promiscuous lifestyle as a teenager and young adult, remaining chaste until his wedding day. On April 16, 2005, Pastor Caldwell found his “good thing” in the former Yolanda Lacy. He and Yolanda are happily married and reside in Cedar Hill, Texas.
