Statement from Bishop T.D. Jakes on the passing of legendary servant, R.W. Schambach: R.W. Schambach

1/17/2012

And like the Good Samaritan, Brother Schambach never hesitated to feed the body as he filled the soul with the word of truth. He was one of a kind, an iconoclast who broke the mold, extinguishing color lines in order to fulfill the call of God on his life. I will dearly miss a man I called Friend, Brother in the Lord, Fellow Texan.

The gates of glory have swung wide open to receive our dear brother, R.W. Schambach! May his life’s work and legacy continue to stand as a testament to his good and faithful service to the body.

My prayers and those of the entire Potter’s House family go out to Sister Donna Schambach, his extended family, faithful ministry workers, and countless friends and admirers around the globe in their time of grief.
