STATEMENT ON THE ARREST OF JAMES BIRD, A FORMER HERITAGE CHRISTIAN CENTER EMPLOYEE
Dallas – December 1, 2010 – Although The Potter’s House of Denver is a completely different, leadership, board and church from the Heritage Christian Center (HCC) who formerly was located at this address, we were saddened to learn of the allegations asserted against James Bird, a former employee of that organization.
Still our obligation as fellow believers doesn't diminish as it relates to prayer for all those adversely affected by this information. We are here to serve our community and our doors are open to encourage, heal or otherwise serve those who suffer from any form of abuse.
