The Pastors and Leadership Conference is designed to prepare senior pastors and church leaders to deal with all the dynamics that come along with running a church. In today’s climate, the world is evolving and the church must also evolve in order to remain relevant. “Recent history has taught us that we can’t afford church as usual,” said Bishop Jakes. “We can no longer value style over substance, eloquence over equipping or the charisma over the character. We must strike a balance between sound doctrine and solid business principles or history is bound to repeat itself.”
