Pastor Lawrence Robinson (Sr. Associate Pastor)
Pastor Lawrence Robinson (Senior Associate Pastor)
Pastor Lawrence Robinson is the senior associate pastor of The Potter’s House. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the pastoral staff and assists in developing and maintaining the organization’s outreach ministries. Pastor Robinson is also a member of the Executive Administrative Team of The Potter’s House and serves as a board member of The Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance (PHIPA), which consists of more than 600 pastors around the globe who are mentored by Bishop T.D. Jakes. Pastor Robinson also manages the Premarital and Marital Ministries.

Pastor Robinson was licensed for ministry in 1982 and became an ordained elder in 1984. Since 1985, he has served faithfully alongside Bishop Jakes through T.D. Jakes Ministries. Referred to by his colleagues as the "pastor of pastors,” Pastor Robinson has been involved in numerous ministerial programs during his tenure at The Potter’s House, including the prison ministry and the Angel Food Network. He also designed numerous consecration services and installations for the pastoral department and developed criteria for PHIPA.

In addition to his work at The Potter’s House, Pastor Robinson is active in the community and volunteers with the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies for testing and licensing and was named Dean of Education in 2009. He also serves on the board of directors for Training for Excellence, a teen training and mentoring agency and Advance Comfort, a company that provides information, products, and services for the caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Pastor Robinson and his wife, Beverly, reside in suburban Dallas are the proud parents of two adult daughters, Andrea' and Crystal.
 
Pastor Ronnie Guynes (Associate Pastor)
Pastor Ronnie Guynes
Pastor Ronnie Guynes is an associate pastor at The Potter’s House and executive director of MegaCARE, a global humanitarian and relief program that supports and initiates sustainable community development efforts through education, health care assistance, charitable service and empowerment. In this role, Pastor Guynes has completed projects, including the construction of hospital wings, medical clinics, children’s centers, computer learning centers, and housing units in some of the most remote areas of the globe including North America, Central and South America, Europe and Africa.

Pastor Ronnie Guynes joined The Potter’s House staff in 1998 and has more than 30 years experience managing philanthropic works worldwide. He has travelled to over 50 countries and managed food distributions, medical camps and training for thousands of outreach workers.

Pastor Guynes and his wife Linda live in Irving, Texas. They have two adult children and four grandchildren.


Pastor Rob Rocha (Associate Pastor)

Pastor Roberto A. Rocha began his career as a psalmist and praise and worship leader in Edinburg Texas. Prior to receiving his ordination, Rocha served as a worship leader, ministering to children and youth throughout Texas, Colorado and in Mexico.

Named as one of the “20 Newest Hispanic Leaders” making a difference in the Dallas Metroplex by Al Dia newspaper, Rocha oversees both local and international ministries: ACTS 2 Evangelism, Guardians Homeless Street Ministry, and the International Language Ministries at The Potter’s House. He is also responsible for directing the diversity initiatives and multicultural outreach through Casa de Fe, the Hispanic outreach and Spanish language church.

Pastor Rocha is a sought after speaker who has traveled extensively in Latin America, creating an extensive network of partnerships and alliances across denominational, cultural, geographical and racial lines. He continues to reach out to the local Hispanic community through distribution of backpacks and school supplies, and food, toys and other gifts at Christmas for needy families.

Pastor Rocha resides with his wife Pauline in Duncanville, Texas. They are the parents to four children.


 

Pastor Bonne' E. Moon (Associate Pastor)          
Pastor Bonne' E. Moon
Raised on the mission fields in the Republic of Zimbabwe in Southern Africa, Pastor Bonné Moon possesses a rich Christian heritage and deep background in evangelism and biblical teaching. Her entrepreneurial gifting enabled her to run a successful Dallas-based business while pursuing her passion for ministry.

Pastor Moon joined The Potters House in 1996, becoming licensed to minister in 1999 and ordained in 2002 and set into the Office of Pastor by Bishop T.D. Jakes in 2006.

With a personal motto of “grow by growing others,” Pastor Moon is known for her love of God’s revealed word and for relating to the diversity found within the Kingdom of God. Her pastoral oversight includes The Potter’s House School of Ministry, the singles ministry the women’s ministry and the medical ministry.

An accomplished international speaker, Pastor Moon is also a prolific author of several study guides and books covering a wide variety of topics.

Pastor Michael O. Exum (Associate Pastor)      
Pastor Michael O. Exum
Michael Exum joined The Potter’s House as the executive director of P.H.I.P.A., The Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance, an in-house program for mentoring and strengthening senior pastors around the world. A native of Cleveland, Pastor Exum brings more than 30 years of expertise having founded two successful churches with oversight for as many as 30. Michael Exum was also widely recognized as the “voice” of radio ministry in his hometown faith community.

A community servant and educator, Pastor Exum held the position as the Chairman of the Board of the National Restoration Movement, U.S.A., Inc. where he was instrumental in bringing the “28 Days of Peace Program” to the city, resulting in more than 15,000 people receiving amnesty for outstanding nonviolent misdemeanor warrants.

Pastor Michael Exum has taught at Hosanna Bible Training Center and Vision Bible College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in theology from Vision Bible College in Cleveland. Pastor Exum and his wife, Valerie, are the proud parents of six children who all serve the Lord with gladness.


Pastor Rodney Derrick (Associate Pastor)

Pastor Rodney Derrick, a man of faith and power; has been called to the body of Christ for such a time as this. Pastor Derrick was raised in the Mid West, in Rock Island, Illinois, and attended the Rock Island school system. He also attended Blackhawk College, in Illinois, and now attends the University of Phoenix; Irving Texas Campus, studying for his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management.

Pastor Derrick is a third generation pastor; called by God to preach as a teenager, in 1979. He was ordained in 1982 as an Elder, with this gift being passed from his grandfather on to his father, and now to him for the purpose of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.

Pastor Derrick has served in many capacities, such as serving as Associate Pastor, District Evangelist, District Organist, Radio Outreach, and working with inner city youth. Since membership began at The Potter’s House of Dallas, Inc., in 1999, Pastor Derrick has proven to not only be a Son of the house, but also an anointed preacher, teacher and leader. He has served as New Member’s Coordinator, Team Leader and Teacher for The Potter’s Institute, as well as a Team Leader for the Ministerial Department of The Potter’s House.

The Lord has now elevated this mighty man of God to become pastor under the tutelage of Bishop T. D. Jakes and First Lady Serita Jakes. Pastor Derrick is responsible for the pastoral oversight of the Bereavement Ministry, Golden Vessels, and the Professional Ministry Technicians (Ushers/Greeters).

Pastor Rodney Derrick is a devoted family man and father. He and his lovely wife, Ramona, have been married for over 25 years, and both share in his call to ministry. They are the proud parents of three children - Andrea, Carlisa, and Rodney Jr. All reside in suburban Dallas.
